Our salon is a committed to providing a safe space for all! I do not discriminate against age, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or vaccination status!
I guarantee my work for up to 1 week for breaks, chipping or cracking. Anything beyond normal wear will be charged as a repair.
If you are unhappy with your service, I will gladly work with you to remedy the situation, however, due to the nature of the service,
I do not offer refunds.
FIRST TIME BOOKING:
Nails by Amber does not fill other salons work. Your first appointment will be charged as a full set to ensure the safety of your natural nails and the quality of your new enhancements. Please inform me prior to your appointment if you are currently wearing nails, so I can ensure sufficient time has been booked.
Please come alone. Our space is modest and can not accommodate extra bodies. However, the shopping centre we are located in has many places to shop, sit, or eat!
Be on time. Each appointment is time sensitive and being late not only affects myself but also my other clients. Familiarize yourself with my location beforehand and take account for traffic or driving conditions.
Drinks are fine but NO FOOD!
CANCELLATION POLICY, LATE and NO SHOW POLICY:
I require 48 hours notice to cancel any existing appointment. Failure to do so will result in a last minute cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
I require 24 hours notice for rescheduling . Failure to do so will result in a 20$ rebooking fee
"No shows" will be charge 100% of the service booked. More than 2 incidents and I will no longer be able to accommodate future bookings
Appointments are booked in a time sensitive manor. Therefore, late arrivals of more than 15 minutes, will be subject to a modification of service in order to remain on schedule, or in some cases, a new appointment will have to be scheduled for you and a "no show" fee will be applied.
COVID-19 POLICIES:As always, all surfaces and implements will be properly sanitized between clients according to AHS standards
Please wash your hands upon arriving for your service.
Masks will be work if AHS requires.
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule! Fees will be waived to encourage people to stay home when unwell

However, my business is my only source of income and failure to comply with my policies results in lost income and time for me and my family.
